This practical 2‑day Outdoor First Aid course is designed for anyone who spends time in remote or outdoor environments and wants to feel confident responding to real‑life incidents. Training is hands‑on, scenario‑based, and delivered in a calm, supportive way that helps learners build skills without pressure.

Across 16 guided learning hours, you’ll learn how to assess and manage a wide range of injuries and illnesses when help may be delayed. The course includes realistic outdoor scenarios, decision‑making practice, and plenty of time to develop practical skills.

Open to learners aged 16+, with reasonable adjustments available. Because the course includes practical assessments, learners need to be able to get to the floor and demonstrate skills such as CPR at ground level.

This qualification is valid for three years.

Basic Life support for Aduts -SQA Accreditation 2.5H

This short, practical course teaches the essential life‑saving skills needed to recognise and respond to a cardiac arrest. You’ll learn how to act quickly, calmly and confidently, using CPR and an AED to give someone the best possible chance of survival.

Training is hands‑on and supportive, with plenty of time to practice skills in a relaxed, person‑centered environment. The qualification follows current Resuscitation Council UK guidelines and is awarded by First Aid Awards (FAA), regulated by Ofqual and SQA Accreditation.

Open to learners aged 14+ (though workplace first aider responsibilities begin at 16). If you have any access, mobility or learning needs, reasonable adjustments can be discussed in advance.

Your certificate is valid for three years.

Level 5 Award in First Aid for Mental Health (1 day)

This 1‑day First Aid for Mental Health course builds on the Awareness level and takes learners deeper into understanding mental health, supporting others, and creating healthier environments. It’s a practical, confidence‑building day that helps you recognise a wider range of mental health conditions, start supportive conversations, and use the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan with confidence.

The course also explores the impact of drugs and alcohol on mental health and looks at how we can help create a positive, supportive culture in workplaces and community settings. Delivered in a calm, person‑centred way, it’s accessible for anyone who wants to feel more capable supporting others.

The Emergency First Aid at Work course is a practical, confidence‑building day that teaches you how to respond safely and effectively in a range of real‑life situations. It’s hands‑on, supportive, and ideal for workplaces, volunteers and community groups.

You’ll learn how to assess an emergency, provide immediate care, and take the right actions while waiting for professional help — all delivered in a calm, person‑centred way that helps you feel capable, not overwhelmed.

This qualification meets the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) Code of Practice.
